This is from the hike I did in January, where the views were short, but hey, that’s how things go sometimes. It was a good outing nonetheless, proving Kinsman Ridge is a great hike just about any time.

Why is Mt Tom, and by extension, Field and Willey, so attractive? Well, for starters, the trail is moderate, and there are some good views.

Nice video! I hiked that route last October and it is neat to see what it looks like covered in snow.
Glad you enjoyed it! Sometimes a hike starts out dreary, but you get a shot of sunshine somewhere. Going back and making that video, it was much easier in the comfort of home to focus on the shot of sunshine, and not get hung up on all the clouds.
