Why suffer the hardship, the pain, the miles of the Pemi Loop? What’s there? Oh wow, lots.
An easy hike with stellar views. We encountered more mud than we’d have liked, but with unbridled sunshine, it was a fantastic day on the mountain.
A tough hike that yields little in the way of boundless views. But it remains a classic hike.
Osceola from Tripoli Road is an easier hike than from Greely Pond. But it’s no less thrilling, especially heading over to East Osceola via the infamous chimney.

I camped right on that river a few years ago, very peaceful (Caribou Pond Road, if I remember correctly)
